FAQs

1) How much does it cost to install one of your vending machines, and have vending service?
It won’t cost you anything at all.

2) How do I get a vending machine filled with snacks I choose, delivered to my business?
Please call us with your wish list, or fill out our survey here. We will send one of our staff to assist you as well if you would like. Once we have enough information, our bonded and insured deliverers will bring your sparkling new, energy efficient vending machine filled with delicious treats for everyone.

3) How often are the machines serviced, cleaned, and stocked?
Your machine will be placed on a regular route of one of our trained drivers. The machine will be cared for at least once a week. More visits can be scheduled, as needed. Some of our highest volume accounts are visited daily.

4) What do I do if the machine breaks?
Our machines are extremely reliable and thus we have less “downtime,” but in the event that we do, we will take care of you! Simply call us or email us and we will arrive at your locations usually within a few hours. We will also come with some extra loose change so that we can take care of those small refunds to your customers

5) Is there any way to conserve electricity for your vending machine?
We install the Power Guard EMC-2 on all of our incredible refrigerated vending machines to save you money, and help the environment by saving on energy! The average refrigerated vending machine eats between $300-$500 of electricity per year. This is because your cold drink vendor runs day and night 24/7. We save you time and money by giving you the best machines from the start.

6) What’s Power Guard EMC-2?
The Power Guard EMC-2 is a unit that offers a programmable schedule that puts the refrigeration system and display lighting system in a standby mode for around 12 hours a day. The device has a secondary thermostat that will halt the temperature to rise above the acceptable level. This spectacular program allows for multiple options of standby times and yet, keeps the machine operable while saving on power. For example, you could have your machine closed on the weekends, but if your janitor comes in Friday evening and wants a drink, he can still purchase a drink from your machine albeit it being on standby. Thus the energy used is managed in a highly efficient way, and offers convenience to your customers.
